Nefrytowa is an intimate residential enclave consisting of just eight semi-detached homes, designed with a strong focus on privacy and everyday comfort. Thoughtful architecture and a well-planned layout create a sense of openness — both inside the houses and within their surroundings.
For this development, we prepared a complete interior design concept along with detailed visualisations. The project is defined by timeless elegance, a universal aesthetic and a calm, refined colour palette. Natural, high-quality materials complete the interiors, giving them durability, character and a sense of understated luxury.
The interior is designed in a modern, minimalist style with clear Japandi and Scandinavian influences. Light wood, soft beige tones and clean, elegant forms create a calm and warm atmosphere, while the kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, giving the space a light and cohesive feel.
Materials include light wood with subtle grain, matte cabinetry in white and beige, and tinted glass pendant lights with black accents. Slatted wooden details add rhythm and depth, while LED spotlights and pendant lighting introduce a contemporary touch.
The design is built on functional solutions: a large central dining table, a practical kitchen island with seating, and concealed cabinetry that maintains a minimalist order. The overall effect is thoughtful, harmonious and timeless.
